Loved the rooms. The amazing suite, close to everything on the royal mile, close to the castle, if you fancy visiting the optical illusion museum, Obscura; this is steps away too. There are also 9 theatrical suites - perfect for those looking to stay in the most indulgent settings. I’ve had far better, and more genuine service at budget hotels, let alone a hotel that can charge £600 a night! Overall I was very disappointed with our 1 night stay for a number of reasons but the biggest contributing factor is the service.
