Margherita was very helpful and only a phone call away if we needed anything and Trapani was a great location and easy access to Erice. Trapani is a very relaxed destination - a surprise to those who may have visited Palermo! Calm and quiet.

It is the capital of the Province of Trapani.Founded by Elymians, the city is still an important fishing port and the main gateway to the nearby Egadi Islands Views of the water are glorious! We loved staying in the old part of the city.

Very safe area. Porta delle Botteghelle is in the historic centre of Trapani, just 100 metres from the beach and a 5-minute walk from the harbour. They went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed. Street parking is safe and plentiful... breakfast on the rooftop with amazing view, staff friendly, I would definitely stay here again, difficult to find if you are driving, one way streets etc.It was delight the moment we walked in..we were upgraded to a suite and fully functional kitchen.. Ornella is such a nice host. What more do you want close to the airport. The problem was that the room wasn’t equipped… safe * Helpful concierge/owner who explains lift use, keys use and gives you a very good map of Trapani * Good eating places close... Only the bed was too soft, but we had great time here.
