Also, taste wise, not impressed. The cream cheese frosting on the red velvet cupcake was on point though! Not only is the cake moist and delicious, the frosting and fillings are phenomenal. I dont know how long she has worked there for, but she deserves to be the best treated baker there.
The strawberry layer in the middle was a bad version of Smucker's strawberry preserve.
However, it is buttercream so what do you expect? And there was no blending whatsoever. The presentation catches the eye and everything is displayed very precisely and professional. The S looks like a poorly drawn symbol of an infinity sign. This has by far been our most successful year yet! Wow!I really wanted to love this place, but I was just underwhelmed. And they were phenomenal!
My husband and I burst out laughing when we bit into one and they shattered because of how stale and hard they were. The entire process was fun and easy, communication with this vendor was a breeze! Quick tip is just that the cakes are made with buttercream so if you don't let it sit out at room temp long enough, the buttercream is a tad hard. Think again, I should probably gone to one of those places instead.
