Happy enough though. We didn't have anybody walk around the car on picking it up and wasn't keen to go find somebody after the wait and length of walk to the car (with kids). Beauvais Firefly Read some terrible reviews about this particular rental location thankfully it was unfounded.

The located place of the rental car in the car park was very difficult to find
I hired a small car, but when we arrived late after our flight was delayed we were ‘upgraded’ to a very large 7 seater. Staff fairly indifferent. VAT number: GB 855349007. We have been unable to locate a current booking using this email address.

Full to Full fuel policyThere was not anyone to take the car back, in the morning The staff were friendly and easy to talk to. Needless to say I am very distressed by the whole experience and upset that my holiday was mired in this way, so NEVER EVER AGAIN! Answer 1 of 101: Just got back from what was a very nice trip to the Barcelona area having had amazing weather, 24 degrees in Feb!! Offcie hard to find, a map showing the garage on the way back and the car hire return would help. But it’s a bit complicated to get from T1. Wrong terminal, had a bus journey to make with luggage for collection and return.

Very easy drop offThe body of the car was a bit damaged but that's from the previous user.Only confusing part was exiting the car park at BCN as the barriers aren't automatic, you need to press the button to speak to the barrier operator, most recognise your number plate these days .Always use Firefly. Damage not filled in on form and had to do that ourselves and return to rental desk with photos for approval. But it’s a bit complicated to get from T1.
