Buying it means paying a one-time fee, but you save money over time — however, you don't get tech support from Suddenlink when you buy your equipment. Suddenlink has gone down hill. If you rent, you pay more over time, but the monthly costs are low.Along with internet and TV options, Suddenlink offers mobile services through its parent company, Altice USA. 1.6. ^GJWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Which I will do, but I may as well bang my head against a wall because they will continue to say one thing and do another, or better yet, just not note it at all!!! Mother still has no phone and we are checking on her regularly since she cannot call anyone for help if something happens to her. ^GJThere was an outage in my area on the 21st of July. Her cable and phone are out about one week per month while Suddenlink provides little to no explanation and does not care about my mom's safety.

I've called these people 4 times and every time they tell me oh the technician is going to be there soon.
They have a broken communication system and DON'T uphold promises. When I asked why we called she said, "I don't know why you called."
Thanks for leaving a review. They are claiming that i have a modem from 2011(which i never did) and are saying i have to pay $75 for it.
My service was not cleared with the outage repair. I decided to go to the Bossier City, LA store for help and was greeted there by over 20 people waiting for help from only 4 associates.
