This is a nice inversion of the Civil War arc that works as an origin story to Magneto's rise in the House of M universe. It's a fun story, collecting House of M: Civil War 1-5 and building on familiar themes from the X-men in ways that are emotionally satisfying when one is assuming there Xavier does not counter-balance Magnus.
