I guess I've just got it driven into my head that Wally hates time traveling but I guess with morals off and bloodlust on there's nothing stopping him from it.Round 6 is just them fighting. It miscalculated his arrival, and Eobard appeared several years after Barry's death, when Thawne began a career as a criminal in his home era. There was a flash of a lightning from beyond, followed by a thousand thunderous footsteps.
Professor Zoom(Eobard Thawne) is stronger than Barry Allen. Changing Barry's electric shaver into a matter distributor, Zoom changes his face to make it look like Barry's.
He saved Wally, stating that he followed Thawne from the past, before launching back into the battle, to combat the Reverse Flash of his time. The speedsters led an all out attack on the Reverse-Flash but Thawne continued to hold his own. Zolomon was unable to work the treadmill on his own due to his powers running on time and not on kinetic energy like most other speedsters.

Revealing his backstory to Barry, Thawne proceeds to best Barry in combat and is about to kill him until the Flash realizes how Thawne's powers work, and then proceeds to counter by moving time forward – finally defeating him. However, he is unable to ever kill the Flash—for he would not exist if he killed his own inspiration. Eobard Thawne found a time capsule in the 25th century containing a costume of the Flash (Barry Allen) and with a Tachyon device amplified the suit's speed energy, giving himself speedster abilities.
1. Granted with powers and abilities similar to that of the Flash, Professor Zoom is unwavering in his determination to oppose and destroy all that’s important to the Flash. When Black Power Rings descended on the Earth, bringing the dead back to life as Black Lanterns, Barry remembered what Thawne had said in the Negative Speed Force about having had a resurrection of his own soon.
He untangled the "knots" of the Speed Force they had had, leaving them in great pain. Iris West, who had absorbed her brother's connection to the Speed Force in order to have super speed, and Liberty Belle arrived to aid the others, forcing Thawne back.
Thwane's time manipulation stuff will be hard to deal with but I think Wally can handle it. Wally is the ultimate speedster, and he's already beaten Thawne directly (more than once, I think).
In an attempt to make the current Flash, Wally West, relive his worst day, Zolomon captured Jay Garrick and used him to power the cosmic treadmill in order to travel to the day that Thawne was killed by Barry. However, the time capsule also contained an atomic clock, and to prevent a nuclear explosion, Flash pursued and defeated Zoom, hoping he knew where the clock was. They pushed Thawne into the machine and activated it, cutting him off from the Negative Speed Force. But when Thawne did this, he intentionally corrupted him with traces of the Negative Speed Force. The Flashes push Thawne back through time, showing his past and future. His plan was to lead the life of a criminal, destroy the Flash, and claim Iris as his own wife.
Reversing the costume's colors, he adopted the moniker of "Professor Zoom the Reverse-Flash" and went on a crime spree.
Depends on what Flash and what Zoom we are talking about here.

After a brief fight with Wally West and Kid Flash, Bart Allen, the pair of Zooms took Flash onto the cosmic treadmill.
The Reverse-Flash's return in The Negative Speed ForceThawne somehow returned from beyond the grave and when he did, he recreated the accident that had given Barry Allen his powers. His ability to travel through time allows him to attack the Flash at almost any point throughout history.
The police department and his fellow crooks knew him as the Professor due to his scientific leanings. Zoom had one of his henchman drug Barry with "angel-dust."
They can both vibrate their molecules, time travel and do the existence erasing.
