More than two weeks on, they don't respond to emails or answer the phone. On hiring a car, they blocked €850 on my credit card. They debited my card with the charges pretty much as expected (about £86) but have never released the block on the €850. Good value. Et Rentalcars.com, via qui j'avais réservé la location, ne veut rien faire, arguant que j'ai bel et bien signé le contrat. Save on luxury, economy and family car hire. I have used Firefly on numerous ocasions with no problem, due to their misleading customer service and resolution team I will cancel any other bookings forthwith as i will only deal with reputable companies and Firefly is not to be TRUSTED. Sadly it is not possible to rate lower than 1 star. I sent them many emails but it seems they are not reading it and after I called them they are now refunding €40. Embed review. Booked a car service 4 days prior to pick up and they rang me at 5pm the night before I was due to pick it up (at 9 a.m.). Visa is currently running an investigation into this matter, but don't risk having to waste your time and energy with this incompetent farce of a company.
