The room price was low compared with others in the area.Stayed here for a night last weekend and as usual all of the facilities were very good. Naturally falling into quarters, shopping in Cheltenham is a must-do. Cheltenham offers a fantastic mix of traditional and modern culture, not to mention being the most complete Regency town in the UK. Enquiries, including housing benefit, homelessness, licensing and elections, are being dealt with online or over the telephone. First impressions were great, Looked very clean, staff friendly once met, bed very comfortable, room clean. I would have overlooked poor service but poor hygiene is not acceptable.highly recommend staying here, have stayed many times and cannot fault it.
