Naturally falling into quarters, shopping in Cheltenham is a must-do. Cheltenham offers a fantastic mix of traditional and modern culture, not to mention being the most complete Regency town in the UK. I would have overlooked poor service but poor hygiene is not acceptable.highly recommend staying here, have stayed many times and cannot fault it.
