As a Batman-old-fan and an interested reader of "Birds of Prey" I was quite looking forward to a new Batgirl-title, but this is simply entertainment for the crowd in puberty without the dark feel I normally associate with the Bat. The book is action packed, and the art is nothing short of spectacular, and while the plot is mostly serious, Batgirl has a very Spiderman like snappy banter thing going on while she's kicking cans.
