They don’t respect you and talk to you as if you aren’t human but demands respect .It not all that bad but people are out for themselves and dont care about advancing people with potential for more because they are better served in the spot they are in.Kens food was a great place to work if you are not afraid of hard work because male and female are expected to do what it takes to get the job done in a timely mannerCustomer orders drive the business which may cause you to work extended hours each day. Safety is highlighted but Production is highlighted as well.Job was good but just like any job they are probably cuz you going to have some hiccups but overall job was nice relaxed you are on a time limit but it's cool it keeps you on your toes so there you goKens is a fairly good place.
