I agonized over which frame bag to buy based on all the different brands and sizes available. The only thing I really like about this bag is the size and the fact that it can enlarge itself by unzipping the bottom section and allowing it to fold down. When fully opened, the large bag extended all the way to the bottom of the seat tube on my wife's bike and interfered slightly with her chain sprocket. Bikepacking is rough on gear. Other than that, the Velcro straps are not padded so they scuff the bike's finish. The mesh pocket on the side is great for storing in-ride snacks.
This Blackburn frame bag works and fits perfectly with my Juiced Scrambler ebike frame. But I see you use a lot of revelate bags. As I take day rides on trails, or ride to the post office or coffee shop I wanted adequate storage that I could keep an eye on while riding (I have heard stories of seat bags failing without the riders knowledge). The opening for the drinking tube was a major selling point--I bought a 1.5L AND a 3.0L water reservoir for both electrolyte and plain water. Rather than returning the bag, I put it on my XL-size frame (it was 5 inches above my chain sprocket when fully extended), packed it full, and took it on a long ride. They don’t hold their shape as firmly as the Revelate nor the even stiffer Cedaeros.
I ride 10 miles each way to/from work and when its raining, the inside of the bag gets completely wet. It was very close but didn't rub my legs when pedaling when it was completely full.
